•         Select the product you are interested in.

•         On the product detail page, select your color choices,choose quantity and then press the “Add to Cart” button.

•         Choose if you wish to continue shopping or head on toCheckout.

•         At Checkout, select your preferred payment method.

•         You can Checkout by adding your relevant contactinformation.

•         On the Checkout page, you may enter your shippingaddress.

•         You may enter any discount vouchers (if applicable) andreview your order before selecting “Complete Order”.

•         You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with yourOrder Number.

After you place your order onthe website, an acknowledgment email or SMS will be sent to you to confirm thatyour order has been placed. This will not, however, indicate if the order hasbeen shipped. Also, our customer service representative will confirm your orderby calling you directly.

As soon as your order isshipped, you will receive an SMS from the courier company confirming your orderdelivery.

In case you are unable totrack your order, you may email us at customer.care@zephyr.com.pk with theOrder ID.

Currently, the followingpayment methods are accepted:

Cash on Delivery

This option is available forcustomers throughout Pakistan. Using this option, you can pay cash to thedelivery agent upon receiving your order. Please ensure that you have the exactamount at hand since our delivery agents might not carry change/petty cash.

It can be sent to an addressselected by you (home or work) of your choice.

Currently,you need to be in Pakistan to order our products; however, we will be launchinginternational deliveries via online payment methods very soon.

All orders will be deliveredby our courier partners within 3-5 working days nationwide in Pakistan.

We will send you an SMS thatyour items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse), anotherwith the tracking number (with a link to the courier's webpage) and lastly thecourier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

On dispatch, you will beprovided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on tothe courier service’s website for local orders, insert your Tracking ID andtrack your order; or contact our Customer Care team.

Our delivery agents make twoattempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, city and areacode is mentioned clearly while placing an order. On the second failed attempt,the item will be returned to us.
